A. Businesses: disconnect an account

1. Sign in to Scaleon as an administrator and open Cài đặt → Kết nối & Tích hợp (Settings → Connections & Integrations).
2. Facebook: press Gỡ (Remove) next to the Page. Scaleon stops receiving its messages and deletes the Page access token immediately. You can also remove the app from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → Remove.
3. Delivery carriers and payment services are set per project in Cài đặt → Dự án (Settings → Projects). Turning a carrier off, or switching payments back to manual confirmation, stops its use but keeps the encrypted key (so parcels already on the way can still be tracked); to have the key deleted, email us.
4. Meta ad accounts, the Conversions API, Zalo OA and any other key: email us and we delete the stored key. You can also revoke the access on the platform itself (for example, remove the system user token in your Meta Business settings).

Deletion requests are handled by our staff by email; apart from removing a Facebook Page, there is no self-service deletion tool.

B. Businesses: delete stored data

To delete conversations, customer records, orders or the whole account, email lienhe@scaleon.vn with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

• the business name and the Page, OA or shop name (or ID);
• what to delete: all data, one connected account, or one customer;
• a phone number we can call to confirm the request.

We confirm that the request comes from an administrator of that business, delete the data within 7 days and confirm by email.

C. People who messaged a business

If you messaged a business's Facebook Page or Zalo OA that uses Scaleon, you can ask that business directly, or email lienhe@scaleon.vn with:

• the name of the Page or OA you messaged;
• your name as shown on Messenger or Zalo;
• roughly when the conversation took place.

We verify the conversation with the business, delete your messages and customer record within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Access tokens, messages and attachments, customer profiles and the data linked to them. Records the business must keep by Vietnamese law (for example accounting documents) are kept only as long as the law requires. More details are in the Privacy Policy.
